AB Challenge: Plank
Planking is a popular workout that works on multiple muscle groups. It's most commonly known as an ab workout but it also works on your back and arm muscles. During this weeks challenge, you will be performing the standard elbow plank as well as other variations of this movement.
All you've gotta do it follow the chart for guidance on how many reps you should do (time you should repeat each movement). The chart is right at the bottom.
