AB Challenge: Sit-Ups
This weeks challenge is simple and straightforward. We are doing sit-ups. Each day of the week consists of a single movement which is either your standard basic sit-up or a variation to the popular core exercise. Through this weeks challenge you will not only strengthen and tone your core, you will also be exposed to different way you can perform the sit-up movement to target a wider range of muscles in your core and keep your workout even more exciting.
All you've gotta do it follow the chart for guidance on how many reps you should do (time you should repeat each movement). The chart is right at the bottom.
