#FITBODYLOCKDOWN Full Body Challenge

Week 3 of out Fit Body Lockdown! I hope you've been enjoying the challenges. If you are new, welcome to the Kalnic Fit Family!!!

This weeks challenge is continuing with full body exercise. Some of this weeks exercises will require you to pay a little extra attention to how you execute the various movements. It's a test of endurance, strength and coordination but guess what? You've got this!

All you've gotta do it follow the chart for guidance on how many reps you should do (time you should repeat each movement). The chart is right at the bottom. There are complementary gifs showing you how to perform each movement. Feel free to download the chart and gifs and share. #FITBODYLOCKDOWN Lower Body Challenge

It's our second week of the Fit Body Lockdown challenge series! A Kalnic Fit Family member requested a lower body focus week so, we've got an exciting and interesting range of movements to target the various muscle groups in your lower body. This challenge was well received and I trust you will enjoy it too. 

All you've gotta do it follow the chart for guidance on how many reps 
(time you should repeat each movement) you should do each day. These can be incorporated into your regular routine or done as a standalone mini session. Whichever suits you. #FITBODYLOCKDOWN Full Body Challenge

Miss Rona has the majority us adjusting our daily routines. A lot of you may no longer have access to your regular gym or track field or even your personal trainer. To help you keep moving and feeling motivated, Kalnic has put together a quarantine/ lockdown challenge series for you.
