Full body challenges are only 'full body' upon completion of the weekly challenge. Each individual day may consist of workouts that focus on a specific region of the body but the collective challenge is in fact a full body workout

#KALNICFITCHALLENGE Full Body week 1

Welcome to the beginning of our full body weekly challenges. Each day consists of workouts that focus on a specific part of the body. By the end of the week, you will have completed 9 movements that collectively account for a full body workout session.

All you've gotta do it follow the chart for guidance on how many reps you should do (time you should repeat each movement). The chart is right at the bottom. There are complementary gifs showing you how to perform each movement. Feel free to download the chart and gifs and share.
