Classic Squat challengeThis is a popular workout challenge which focuses on your legs. It's the full package! Thighs, hamstrings, calves, and the glutes too. This is a beginner friendly squat challenge that requires no equipment whatsoever so feel free to try this at home, do it with a partner or even with your kids/siblings.
If you do feel any sort of stiffness post-workout, be sure to stretch and/or massage your legs.
